Piemonte D.O.C. Cortese Vivace
It’s the same wine Cortese of Fratelli Pavia but agreeably sparkling.
This wine is got from the grapes variety Cortese, which is cropped in the areas of Monferrato. It is a typical Piedmontese white wine, already well known in nineteenth century.
Known as one of the great Piedmontese white wines, it is to be served at 8-10° C with hors d’ oeuvres, seafood, fish dishes. It is also suitable as an aperitif.

Wine production: soft treading, must fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Maturation: in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
Organoleptic features:Straw-yellow colour with light green reflections. Fragrance subtle and persistent, taste fresh with floral notes, dry in mouth and lovely bitter at the end.
Keeping way: vertical bottle
How to drink it: we suggest to drink the one of the latest vintage, so to fully enjoy its fragrance and aromas. Serve at 8/10 °C
